Hi I Have a Ford Fiesta 1999 Model, I didnt drive my car for more than 8 weeks and when I tried to start, It wont start and I tried with Jump LEads still it wont start. Checked the Fuel shut switch, no problem in it, Called a mechanic and he said that the fuel pump is gone as I did not drive the vehicle for morethan two months and had to repalced. Is it posible That the fuel pump will fail if not driven for long time?

Yes, the fuel pump can seize up if sitting for a long time, especially in cold weather.
