1996 Ford Fiesta heating

My 1996 fieta ghia has no heating I have flushed the cooling system and changed the thermostat but everytime I try to bleed to engine the radiator fan cuts in when temp gauge on N of Normal I have bleed the radiator with cap off and coolant just bubbles out could you help?

Hi mate had exactly the same problem what you need to do istake the pipe off the water container at the bottom let water out of your container reattach the pipe, then when you done that fill the water container upto max, when you done that leave the top off water container get some more water switch your engine on and wait see if it drains if so add water slowly to container. If it does not drain then start to squeeze your pipes and see if you get air bubbles in your container. Then on the back of your engine where your wiper blades are you will see a small container which is silver with two pipes attached to it this is called a heater valve, simply deattach the pipes and replace with a new one which are about 27.99 from local motor shops.
