Where is the torque converter control module located on a 1993 festiva.

You must be talking about the TCC solenoid its contained within the valvebody of the transmission

rasmataz, thanks for you help. I have a couple more questions for you. Is it hard to change and does it require taking the transmission out?

Never done it with this vehicle-if you can remove the transmission fluid pan w/o removing the tranny go for it -you see the the valve body when you remove the pan.
