My factory speakers finally blew out in my 2001 Ford F350 Diesel. I purchased new speakers and installed three out of 4. It seems when I put the 4th one in, it will pop anytime that the key is in the ignition and when the truck starts. Also, the other 3 speakers are fluctuating volume (will get loud then quiet then loud), while parked or driving. It worked fine before I hooked up the new speakers, so not sure if it is grounding out somewhere now or not. What do I do?

I replaced the factory cd player with another factory cd player about two years ago because the old one kept scratching my cd's and making them skip (the player in the truck is a cd/tape deck/radio combo). I haven't had any problems with the new cd player.

Sounds for sure a grounding issue, did you have to put in diffrent screws to mount the speakers, might you have screwed through a wire.
