My high beams will not work. I changed the bulbs and checked the fuse no luck.

Welcome to the forum. Does the high-beam indicator on the dash work? Did you use a testlite on the high-beam fuse circuit? Fuse 16-- 15 amp, junction box. Fuse circuit goes hot when you turn on high-beam.

Did you check the voltage circuit at the lamp, high-beam, lite green wire with black tracer? If no voltage, find splice s113 and check for voltage there.
