1997 Ford F350 Backup Lights and Cruise Control

Hello I have two questions. 1) The person I purchased my truck from had the cruise control disconnected and I was wondering how would I reconnect it so I can use it. 2) I have changed my reverse light bulbs and checked my fuses. Is there anything else that I can do besides tearing into the wires? Thank you so much

For the back-up light issue, suspect faulty back-up lamp switch located on top left side of transmission

are you certain the cruise was disconnect on purpose or it just doesn't operate? Check the fuse for the CC circuit. Do your brake lamps work?
