1989 Ford F-350 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

89 f350 diesel. Wont start. Cranks but wont roll over. Sputters sometimes. No fuel up to the filter. I need help finding the pump. Is it in tank? What should I do if trhe pump is working?

Hello and thanks for donating

Both the fuel supply and the injection pump are located in the engine compartment. If its not getting fuel than pump must not be working or there is a clog somewhere.
