2004 Ford F-250 Problem

Recently my truck has a miss in it every time I cruise at about 2000 RPM then step on the gas it will start to spew black smoke and miss. When I let off the gas it will stop and return driving as normal. It also does it when driving over an overpass or up a hill

Sounds like either a restricted air filter or MAF sensor.

On drivers side front for 4.6 on top for 5.4
