2003 Ford F-250 replaced rear disc pads and calipers

After replaceing both rear pads and calipers and bleedin, both wheels to remove air. Brake pedal is not solid and has a sponginess feel to it. I tryed to bleed again to make sure all air was remove have same problem. Can anyone help thanks mike

On those trucks you could put the calipers on the wrong side and it would be air free when bleeding, is your bleeder at the top of the caliper. If it is you have to have air stuck in the system somewhere.
