2001 Ford F-250 Brakes

I had frontor brakes replace and I know I need the back done soon. The other day the truck was hit head on. Now the brake symbol is lightiing up and won't go off. What is causing this?

If it's the yellow or anitlock, it could be wire or pump damage, if it's the red one it could be a leak.
