2000 Ford F-250 Engine replacement

I have a V10 engine with 20000 miles out of a '04 f350 that I would like to put in a V8 f250. Basically I was wondering how hard it would be and if it's really worth it.

It would fit, but the trans will be geared different, the torque converter may not be the same, the wire harnesses and the PCM will also have to be swapped. It would pe easier to swap bodies than the engines. Almost nothing will be the same.
