Can I swap engines

The motor in my 05 ford f-150 locked up and I also have a 2002 ford f-150 and I want to put that motor in my 2005 f-150 is there a way.

Depending on the engine I might have the info on that. So what size engine do you have?Also F150 or F250 you listed both.

My mistake the 4.2L is a six cylinder so 4.6 or 5.4L?
