my ac works fine but the vents wont change its stuck on the defrost vent wont move to the floor or the dash started about a week ago but would start working right again once I was going down the road I know its going to be way up under the dash but was hoping for a easy fix please help

ok checked all the fuses and the pump is working and the pump is pulling about 18" of vacuum.

I've checked all the vacuum actuator cans I think! I found 3, 2 behind the glove box 1 behind the ash tray every thing looks fine but I'm not getting any vacuum at any of them but I am getting 18" at the pump the vac line goes from the pump to a can that sits right between the bat and pump about the size of a atv bat not geting any vac pres. Past that I tried to bypass it didnt change anything. When I unplug the switch and put a test light to it none of ports light up but one of them does activate the blower when grounded by the test light now I'm stuck again

Went to the local pic a part and got a couple of switches didnt work either

Its about a 110 degrees here in Vegas right now and even though it still blows cold it dont blow on you wich makes a big differance

I'm open to any suggestions!

THIS WEB SITE SUCKS
If you want real free help with your auto problem then you should check out getitlubed. Com and go to the forums link in the middle of the paragragh on the front page real free help and no begging for donations.
You would think that with all the advertising on this site that it would and should be free.
But if you check out all thier diferent forums you will notice that only about 1 in 10 or 15 actually get a reply.
This would'nt bother me if they were'nt advertising as a free site! !
