1997 Ford F-250 shake's when pushing on the gas

I have a F250 with 225,000 miles on it. When you give it gas it starts to shake. If you take you foot of the pedal it stops untill you give it gas again. It is usually between 2nd and 3rd. It doesn't do it all the time. Really bad on rainy days or towing a trailer.

You most likely need a tune up. Sounds like you especially need sparkplug wires for sure or distributor cap and rotor.
