When it warms up was the clue. You need a new fan clutch. When it gets hot it is locking up and the fan is spinning too fast making a lot of noise. Change out the fan clutch and tell me that it is solved.

I resently asked a question about the noise my engine was making you told me to replace my fan clutch. When I put the engine in ichecked it and it seemed to be good. But after I got your e-mail I inspected a little closer and found the heat spring was verry loose anyway I replaced the fanclutch and problem solved. Thanks alot man happy 460 owner
