Engine Cooling problem
1984 Ford F250 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 250+ miles
My truck is overheating and the heat into the cab is intermittent. Is my thermostat bad? Where is it located so I can replace it?
thanks much!

First check the coolant level to ensure it is correct. Then remove and test the thermostat before replacing it. Follow radiator hose to engine block to find the thermostat housing, remove housing and thermostat is located in it.
