Will a compretion test tell me if I have a blown head gasket? And do you know how much psi I should have roughly in a Big block 460 Ford?

A compression test will tell you that and many other things, after a normall compression test you should do a wet test, put about 3 good squirts of oil in it, if that causes the pressure to go up dramatically then you have worn piston rings.

I dont know what compression you should have but the lowest should be no more then 75% less then the highest.
