Where do I start

I have a 1997 Ford F150 xlt xcab 4.2 V6 2wd w/ approx 134,000 miles. The check engine light came on, and after having the codes pulled I was handed a list of the following; P0161, P0135, P0141, P0155, P1401, and a laundry list of possible parts and problem possibilities. I did replace all of the O2 sensors and after clearing the codes the C/E light came on several minutes later. Could this be an EGR issue? Where do I start?

Please Help!

All the O2 sensors are they OEM? Have them check the fuel trimmings this will tell what the O2 sensors are doing. They all mulfunctioning.

Am beginning to think! Reflashing it.

FLASH reprogramming allows you to fix known OEM
driveability problems for a specific application by
electronically updating the codes. Sometimes
a minor adjustment to the software can
improve engine performance.
