My 1999 F-150 V8 Triton

In the front end of my truck when I get onto the high way at high way speeds it feels like there is a vibration underneath my floor boards. It sounds like there is a peace that is loose and I just wanted to know if you guys could help me with my problem

Yes rotate your tires. Your tires are most likely cupped from a lack of rotation and that will cause a serious vibration in the back of the truck and with a reg or long bed it sounds noisy and will cause a shaking feeling under your feet. Also get them rebalanced when you do it
