Just replaced IAC and EGR valves in 2000 4.6 L F-150 with 135,000 miles and now I have a high pitched whistle coming from around the area. They sit close together, so I cannot tell where the whistle is coming from. The parts were not Motocraft, they were Wells from Auto Zone. Any ideas? Thank you for the help!

Depending on weather is is sucking or blowing air, you may be able to determine the source with water or carb cleaner. I would light spray in a fine mist with water to see if there is any sign of blowing air. I say water becasue you don't want to get any backlash of carb cleaner.
PRobalby vacuum, therefor sucking.
IF I'm right you can change to carb cleaner, still protect your eyes, and spray the area of concern slowly and listen for an idle change or whistle pitch change.
