Ford F-150 2004 -5.4 ,58175 milage

Hello ,I have the truck mentioned above .My question is what causes wheel nibble in the front end .The sterring wheel moving side to side at speeds above 110 .The steering rack has been changed .It has new tires which have been road forced balanced .The drive shaft has been rotated 180 degrees .I am at a loss ,any feedback would be appreciated ,thanks smittydoes

If you mean what is causing tire scallpoing, change the shocks! And tires now, once scallpoed, always scalloped! Same applies to a jumpy front end!

thats not I mean ,ford calls it a wheel nibble .the steering wheel shakes back and forth at high speeds

Do you have a steering stabilizer? At 110 You must be the Police! Speeds this high require a stabilzer...
