I took it to advance auto and had the battery and alternator tested and it all came back fine. Im confused on what it could be any help would be appreciated thankyou

Sometimes things can be intermittant. In your case the battery may be weak enough to lose power. As it sets it rejuvenates enough to start. You start it, the alterater charges it, and it tests fine. Noramlly motorcraft batteries are good for a while, but unless you have a weak connection, I would be awful suspicious of the battery or the connections.
