2005 Ford F-150 Engine vibrates

About a week ago my engine started vibrating very badly and wasnt running good I would push on the gas and it takes for ever to accerlate. Well i've had the spark plugs change and all the coils but that didnt solved the problem. Then they told me that the catalyic converters where the problems so I had dem install new one but the problems is still there. I would appreciated if sumone had a solution

Hi, Have The Computer Checked For Codes First. Write Them Down, So We can Help You. Also Have a Compression test done. Too See If Engine Has Good compression. If compression is good, and there are no codes, i'd look for vacumn leaks and check the injectors, and fuel pressure.
