My 2005 F150, 5.4L will enter a forced idle mode while I am driving. The vehicle displays three error codes, P2104 TAC - forced Idle Mode, P2111 TAC - stuck closed, P2111 TAC - stuck open. I have replaced the throttle body and Throttle Position Sensor. The Accelerator Pedal Position sensor seems to be working fine. I've also had the computer refashed after all this. Still same issues and codes. Any ideas? I'm thinking it might be in the computer.

At PCM Connector E
Tp1-pin E61
TP2-pin E60 voltage 5V reference
If voltage not right at TPS check at PCM if correct then wiring if voltages correct then suspect PCM
