I have a 2005 ford F-150 with 97k I have used fuel injection cleaner in the past without issue. I put gas in my truck today and a bottle of fuel injection cleaner drove about a 100 miles with no issue. At the end of the day I started my truck to head home and the engine light was on and the idle was rough when I started to drive the engine acted as if it is missing or not running on all cylinders I put more gas in the tank and it slightly improved but still missing and engine light is on and flashes when driving I was wondering if anybody had any suggestion as to why this may be missing i.E. Injectors, plugs, wires, coil pack etc.

Before doing any repairs, you need to have the computer scanned to determine why the check engine light is on. Most parts stores will do it for free. Have that done and let me know what you find.
