2004 Ford F-150 transmission clunk

When I accelerate not heavy as the tran. Shifts through the gears when it goes into fourth it kind of clunks sometimes. If I tund the o/drive off and shift into fourth when I reach highway speeds no noise any suggestiions I have changed my fluids at 30k intervals

The throttle possition sensor (TPS) needs to be tested for proper operation. If you have a digital multi meter then let me know and I will instruct you on how to test it.

Ok what you need to do is back probe the pink and orange wire and then turn key on engine off and get the voltage with throttle closed and then with throttle wide open. Now do a slow sweep of the throttle from closed to open and see if the voltage steadly and increases with no drops or glitches in the voltage. Let me know what you find. If this don't tell us much then it will require a scan tool to continue. Thanks.
