My husbands F150 is misfiring running horrible, won't make it up hills and he has to drive in the breakdown lane. It has been in and out of mechanics and dealers for 6 weeks. We have changed the spark plugs and coils as well as a couple of the injectors and the catalytic converter and it still is reading misfiring codes in cylinders, start up and random misfire. We are already into this for over 2K and my husband is ready to kill himself! Here are the codes: 0171 too lean (bank 1), p0300 random misfire, p0305 #5 misfire, p0306, p0307, p0316 misfire on start, p1000 chech obdII systems not complete. We already tried changing spark plugs, coils, 3 injectors, O2 sensors. Please help!

Vacum leaks? How much is a MAF sensor? Is this truck worth fixing or should we just cut our losses now? This has been going on for weeks and weeks.

I can't say if the truck worth it or not
need to be checked and evaluated

vacuum leaks?
Is when a vacuum line or gasket leaking allowing unmetered air to engine called a vacuum leak

all you misfire is on one side of the engine check wiring harness would be also thing to do

as for MAF sensor its about $140
good luck
