Idler arm replacement instructions please?

i had my car in for a oil change at the ford dealership, and they called to tell me my idler arm is loose and needs to be replaced for 479.00 for the part. does this sound right? i have not noticed any steering problems while driving but want to do the repair myself.

I've attached picture steps below for the replacement of the idler arm on your Ford F150 if you choose to do the repair yourself.
