2003 Ford F150 calipers

2003 Ford F150 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

was removing caliper from rotors and found that the cylinder was leaking on one side. Is this piece needs to be replaced or is it okay?

If the caliper itself is leaking, replace it.
