2003 Ford F-150 BLOWER MOTOR, FAN

Where is the fan blower motor located on my truck and is it hard to replace if that turns out to be the problem?

Located on right side of engine compartment. Usually if they are under the hood, they are pretty easy to replace. Have you checked the blower fan speed controller? Located behind right side of dash.I fno power to fan and fuse is good, most likely the speed controller
