2002 Ford F-150 rough idle

When you first start car rpm run up to 1800 then as it warms up it will slow down to 700 rpm and idles rough car runs good while driving but when at a stop will idle rough changed spark plugs at 70000 miles also air and fuel filter and transmission filter motor oil and filter is changed every 5000 miles also the check engine light is now on

2 things. First thing you need to do is have the codes read, Autozone does it free, Post the results with the code number(s). Even if the service engine light is not on, there should be freeze frame data stored.
2nd it may be idling rough due to a dirty Throttle body and idle air control valve, or idle air control valve needs changing. Or you have a good size vacuum leak. IAC will adjust air improperly.
