2002 Ford F-150 Clicking / Originally Wipers and Radio Will

Originally the question was: Radio and Wipers work in park, but not when you put it in gear.

This morning it works but now there is a clicking over by the fuse box?

Same problem and I hope to pick up my truck today. The windshield has leaks around it (common on ford f-150 I guess) and the water gets on the GEM module and fusebox under the dash. I had to have the windshield pulled and resealed, new GEM module and new fuse block. Other issues mine had: windows did not roll down, click in and out of 4wd, radio did not work in R or D, windshield wipers did not work. It is a real pain. I would be curious to know what some cost estimates would be to see if my repair is reasonable.
