2002 Ford F-150 2002 Ford F-150 hesitating

I just had my fuel system cleaned and replaced my fuel filter at Jiffy Lube today, but my truck is still hesitating what else should I do to fix the problem?

Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked for vacuum leaks and has the fuel pressure been checked?

There has been no check engine light, I went ahead yesterday and changed out the spark plugs but now it is running rough with no check engine light, im not sure if it is a bad cop or what?One of the spark plugs I changed out had some stuff melted on the porcline of the spark plug.

I did check for vaccum leaks and found none and I did not check the pressure for the fuel lines.

Did you replace the plug wires? If you found something melted on the porcelain, something tells me the you have a bad plug wire. Also, did you properly gap the plugs? Finally, I would recommend replacing the cap and rotor too.
