Thick creamy substance on oil cap and PVC valve is clogged could this blow a head gasket?

It won't blow a head gasket, but I have a concern. First, the creamy substance is from moisture not going through the PCV, so you need to replace it. IF you continue to get a build up on the cap, you may have a head gasket or intake leak allowing coolant to get into the engine oil.
