2001 Ford F-150 water under oil cap

2001 Ford F150 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

when I check under my oil cap I found a cream oil build up under my cap cleaned it of and found it came back again I could not find any oil in my coolent or in the oil when I draied it what is causeing this creamy oil engine runs great but it really bothers me my experiance tells me that it is a blown head but no other sign to conferm this please give me your opinion

Its either condensation or its as you say coolant from a cracked head, block or headgasket.

You can try and taste it and spit it out, if its sweet its antifreeze.

You can perform a compression test to see what it is also

or you can use additives and special paper to see if theres combustion gasses present in the antifreeze.
