2001 Ford F150

Tried to remove valve stem with the plastic cap of Slime and the plastic broke off inside the valve stem. How can I remove it? This is actually on a riding lawnmower wheel.

Start picking at it with a thick needle.

Might even bend the tip of the needle a little to make kinda a hook shape
