my oil cap has a creamy gunk on it. Mydipstick is clean with no signs of water in my pan. Please help me ! Im stumped

Hi:
Make sure the PCV system is working. If it isn't (plugged, bad valve.) You will have moisture getting into the engine causing what you described.
