2001 F-150 Oil Pump problems

I have a 2001 F150 2WD w/ 118,000 mi and yesterday on the way home I noticed there was a knocking sound coming from the engine and then the Oil Pressure guage drop to nothing and the oil light came on then it went back to normal. It did this several times and I noticed that it would do it every time I was at a stop ideling but also when driving intermitently? Is this the oil pump or rod?

You Know I knew it was a mistake to post a question here. YES! I have checked my oil It is fine just not pumping! I actually did my oil change about two weeks ago. I know that some of the knocking is lifters but there is a louder knock that comes and goes. You know what forget it, I will be sure that everyone knows how you are treated at this site when you simply ask for some help!
