2000 Ford F150 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

HI I have problem with my 2ooo F150 if I take the keys out of the ignition my fan, radio an door chime are still on. I was wondering if it might be the ignition switch or maybe ignition cylinder? Do you have any suggestions?

IGNITION SWITCH
To inspect ignition switch for mechanical operation, rotate ignition switch through all positions. If lock cylinder does not bind, and returns from START to RUN position without assistance, go to next step. If binding or switch does not return from START or RUN positions, replace ignition switch as necessary.
To test electrical function of ignition switch, disconnect ignition switch connector. Check continuity between specified switch terminals. See IGNITION SWITCH CONTINUITY table. See Fig. 5 . If continuity is not as specified, replace ignition switch. See IGNITION SWITCH under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
