I am having a problem with my 2000 f150. My temperature guage rises when I am going up hill and traveling at about 70mph for a while. I have changed the thermastat and it still does it. There is no engine light that comes on and I have had the coolant pressure test done on it with no problems. Is there a possibility it can be the egr valve? The fan is also working fine. Any suggestions?

Try adding water wetter to the coolant, maybe time for a flush.

Also could be a ignition system error causing the engine to run warmer, would deffinetely check out the check engien code that is being stored.
