1999 Ford F-150 hesitates

My f150 hesitates while stoped at a red light. I press the gas peddle and hesitates to go the takes of. If I put it in nuetral or park it does not hesitate. Also at high speed (70 mph) it jerks when going up a hill I have changed the following. Spark plugs, gas filter, injectors, idle air control valve, egr, also clean egr ports in the throttle boby. Today I had a p0420. Please help

Have you replaced any of the O2 sensors?

No, I have not replaced the O2 sensors.

I would recommend having that checked or there could be a problem with the converter.
