1999 Ford F-150 EGR problm

I have changed the egr valve, pressure sensor, and the solenoid. I still keep getting the check engine light on with the same code limited flow egr sensor. Also changed out the vacum lines to the valve and solenoid what else could be the problem.

Did you clean out passage ways to get rid of carbon?

I ran a brush down the tube that connects to the egr valve as far as I could as well as where it bolts up. Is there something else like brake cleaner I could use.

Don't know numbers auto zone guy just told me egr pressure sensor limited flow
