1998 Ford F-150 upper and lower balljoints

I need to replace my upper and lower balljoints. I have the maintance book, but it is not very clear to me how I replace them. Is there a package which I can buy which has everything put together?

First off no there is no kit you can buy. The uppers should be the whole control arm and the lowers will be ball joints. You need to have basic tools and a tie rod and ball joint seperator tool and then the lower is a press in fit with a snap ring to keep it in place. Then after they are replaced you will need it aligned.
