Run the vehicle untill it is warm then feel the heater core hoses right at the firewall and post back what you find.
Is one of them hot and one cold?
One hot and one warm?
Neither hot?

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
