1997 Ford F-150 knocking

It appears I have an engine knock I think. It knocks during idle and when using the gas pedal but doesn't knock when gas pedal is not pressed. Please HELP! Lol

Not that I know of as I just bought it I originally thought it was lower near the exhaust but I was wrong. The old owner never said anything was done recently when asked.
