I think that it is stuck between 4wd 4 low and 2wd. I thinking its a fuse blown or something its and electric switch for the four wheel drive and I was wating to know if I could change it manually?

Chances are there problem is the 4wd actuator that is on the transfer case. I need you to check to see if it is getting power when you turn the switch. If it is, then have the actuator tested. Chances are it is bad.

Let me know if you have other questions. Also, you can't shift it manually.
