1997 Ford F150 V6 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 110000 miles

My mechanic has told me that my head gaskets are cracked. He suggested having both heads resurfaced to ensure better/longer life. How many hours should I expect him to charge me.

It should take about 8 to 9 hrs but have them check intake manifold before they start, These are famous for that.

Both Banks 16.5 HRS @ shop rate. plus parts
