1997 Ford F-150 accessories stay on after ignition switch is

After I turn my ignition switch off sometimes (pretty frequent now.) The blower motor and or the intieror lights, radio are still on also sometimes after I have shut off my truck and the key is out the bell rings. I can here a relay clicking somewhere right of the gas pedal

The "key in ignition" sensor is bad in the steering column. It is a little plastic tab that fits under the ignition lock set. It has one black wire attatched and can be replaced fairly easily. If you would like to try, let me know and I'll try to walk you through it.

My 1997 F150 has all the same problems but one moor my truck will start it self, Do I need the same fix or something moor.
