Chances are is the cluster is no more good, you have to have a dealer replace it as it has to be reprogrammed, only by them.

What exactly needs to be reprogram is it just the odometer reading I would like to avoid the dealer and install a used panel from salvage yard is this possible

You MAY be able to put in one found in a junk yard and it MAY work without having it programmed for your sensors.

You can always replace it and bring it to a dealership and have it programed it would take all but 30 mins.
