HELLO: JUST REPLACED THE SERPENTINE BELT AND WAS WONDERING IF THE LARGE BOLT THAT GOES THROUGH THE TENSIONER SHOULD BE TIGHT OR LOOSE. I KEEP GETTING CONFLICTING ANSWERS FROM PARTS STORES.
